You dont need to buy any books , and there are probably none that can answer every question you have .. I make wood lures, here is the only ebook you need .. tackleunderground .. oh and by the way its not really a ebook just the hands down best site out there that is 100% free and can teach you any thing about making your own baits wood, or any other bait you want to make.

The people on TU are friendly and helpful, but do your self a favor dont ask any questions until you read the user guides and FAQs in the Hard Baits section, also read the member tutorials, and check out all the cool baits made by other TU members b4 you start hammering the site for questions.

Also since I too make wood lures, crankbaits, top water baits, plastic worms, jigs, and about any other bait you would need to catch bass.. you can always ask be .. I will give you as much r more info than you can handle 

But be warned making your own baits , and then catching fish on them is addictive .. you may need to go to rehab to be able to quit once you stick that needle in
