My partner and I have been prefishing for a Big Bass Team tournament to be held next Saturday on Lake Eddins (home of Paul Elias) here in Mississippi.

Here's a few of different techniques we have found that are working great.

1.  The 1/2 oz Vibrashocks with White heads teamed up with a Strike King Bass Magic instead of a skirt has worked awesome!!!!!  Just thread it on as you would any trailer.

2. Burn a 3/8 oz Vibrashock in extreme bluegill but use a zoom trick worm (junebug) as a trailer.  That tail shakes so bad, they just can't stand it!!

3. Run a crigger craw 3/8 oz Vibrashock through the roughest stuff you can find, pumping it real hard to the top then letting it fall with slack line.  You will need to attach a "hitch hiker" to the lure and thread a trailer on weedless to make it through, but it will come through anything you would throw a jig or texas rigged worm through.

Hope these help and wish us luck,,,,,,,,,,we gonna need it!!

Wow great tips Lee.  ~c~ I've used a couple of of those techniques with different colors on the river here and they do work great.  Good luck at your tourney Lee.  Teamed with Karu you should do great.  ;D
