Ok Laurie EYE just loaded the Alexa Toolbar to my computer at work

and it works fine

Now EYE got to go find that worning about when ya ran a

program so EYE can tell mine not to get rid of this toolbar

Eye think Ranger put something about it somewhere so now Eye just have to go find it

Use the search feature Lip and search for Alexa Toolbar and I bet it will show you where it is... I think it is in Site information or something like that

Ranger has given us a lot of valuable information around here. I am glad that someone is putting it to use

I seem to remember reading something about that 60gig Zip Hard Drive of yours over at the other BB...

I wish I had a 60gig Zip Hard Drive I dont think mine even holds a byte these days

What is your best estimate on when the 50,000 will be here maybe that would be a good one for the November contest since no one has come up with anything so far...

Oh, I think 50,000 is quite a ways away. I don't think it would work for November. Even if we managed to get to 4,000 per month...we are looking at the middle of the 2005.

Alexa must not work with AOL. I have downloaded it several times but it never shows up. I do still have it on my work computer though.

I never thought to mention that you not only have to download it but you have to install it too

I am not saying this to be mean but because someone PMed me and asked why it wasn't showing and it was because they had downloaded it and saved it to disk but never installed it...

The easiest way to make sure that it gets installed it to open the file not save it! That will install it for you.

I installed it too...if I open internet explorer while on AOL, it works on the I/E page but not AOL.
