What a long day. Fished from 9am till 5 pm and loved every minute of it. It was a beautiful day. ~sun Started out fishing on the north side were I had caught fish last time, but the wind was blowing me all over the place. Bailed from there and tried some south east and east spots, but only managed a 5lb. catfish. Thought I had a lunker till he started the death roll. He made my 1/0 gamakatsu look like a pretzel, but it wasn't letting go! Decided to go back north and fight the wind, and was greeted by a 5.6 lb. over on my first cast! (My new PB over the old 5.5! lo) After that I'm not sure what happened. I got into a mess of unders and couldn't keep count of how many I was catching. It was like someone flipped a switch and they were on. Ended up being a fun day after a boring morning. All fish were caught on plastics in roughly 3-4 foot. Temps were 55 at morning up to 60 by days end. Hopefully they will still be there Sun. :)

Hey Beast, what you do is go pre-fish on Saturday before the fruitjar.  ~roflmao
Just kidding, don't ever do that on Cross. If you are on fish the week before, go fish the other side of the lake for the tourney. You'll find your fish there.  ~roflmao ~roflmao ~roflmao

lo  Seriously though, I never went west, but I imagine it is still a bit muddy, The east was pretty stained and North was a little better, but still stained. Hopefully there won't be to much rain to mess it up before sunday.

Went West today.   Water still very muddy and the wasps were BAD.... ~xyz
A couple of unders ran into my hook, but that's about it.  Couldn't get anything going, but probably should try the other side of the lake until it clears up some.
Temps were anywhere between 67-69 when I checked.
