I heard a couple of weeks ago and I called BASS. I was told that 2010 was a very good possibility but 2009 was a long shot. Scheduling problems for 2009. Anyway. We will see one very soon.

According to another site, Red River pool 5 will be the site for the 09 BASS Classic.  Someone on there said it was confirmed.

Yea I have heard the Rumor too.  But I also heard they (the city of Bossier) had a scheduling problem for 09.  I think what I was told it would be 2010.  I hope it really does come here.

Ok, Ok, Ok. Here's the deal. I called BASS. You can get the number from their site. I called the media relations nunber. I was told that they looked, and are still looking at the Red for 2009. There is a scheduling problem with the CenturyTel Center for the 2009 dates. I was also told that they could not say much about it yet but not to be suprised if the 2010 Clasic was not on the Red River/Centurytel Center.
