Has anyone used these hand made baits.??  Interested  in the crankbaits..how they preform and craftmanship...thank you Dennis

Warpath

I think I have seen some of his topwaters, including the prop B2, which is a modified crankbait with two props.  I saw it on a episode of Classic Patterns with Jason Quinn, and he MURDERED the bass with it on the bluegill beds.  I want one, real bad, but they are costly, something like $25.

Well he does have some good looking baits and one day I might be able to get some but will have wait.

Huskins makes some very good baits and the action will vary with the bait type you use. On his site he lists very good descriptions of each baits action, plus some good tips on tackle and tuning. Quality baits.

Thank you to all who replied...Yes they are costly but if you consider what other top aits sell for he's inline...plus hand made......I have also seen some of the Japanese craftsman lures talk about expensive.....100- 150 bucks.....also will check out Huskins.......Dennis

Dennis, Brian Huskins is the maker of Brian's Bee's. Another maker you might want to check is Brian Moore, Basshunter lures.

Bman

He makes some very nice baits also!

Brian's Bee's are Awesome! I got the privalage to fish with Britt Myers in the BFL Super Tournament (DAY 1). He told me he was catching them on a deep crankbait, and jigging spoon. The only deep crank I throw is the DD-22. We both ended up making the cut, but he managed to get many more bites on the crankabait than I did! I began to see  :-* that some high dollar baits are not overrated ;). I will have a good selection in my tackle box one day lol.
