Feel free to send it to me if you don't care about em...I think they're gonna be collectable because the more people that toss em in their garages, or get frustrated and just throw em away, the less available they become...hence, the more collectable they'll become.

I've got some old Hawaiian (sp) Wigglers my dad threw away just because he quit usin em...they're real funky, instead of conventional spinner blades they've got 2 blades in the shape of a curved fish tail...I hung onto em and now they're quite collectable and valuable.

Well, now see Fish, you just gave away you secret, now no one is going to send you thier "collector" rods, they'll just keep em for themselves....  ;)

that was the whole point...I don't want them to throw them away! keep em for the future...it was meant to be a "heads up", not a "send em to me, I want em".

Re: Interline Rods...

With all the concern over how well guides hold up to super-braids....

I have a recurring dream wherein I'm fishing with an Interline and #30 TUF Line.
A huge Bass strikes and the battle waxes ferocious, the fish taking and giving line (imagine a saw here!). Suddenly, the rod splits from butt to tip, :shocking: LOL!
Well, it could happen! ;D

Not something I had thought about but yep I think with the super lines of today this could be just what happens to me :roll2:
