2008 UBCS Dates

Did a little research and put Shannon to work and we have come up with a date for the 2008 UBCS.

2008 UBCS TOLEDO BEND MARCH 29th and 30th
That my friends is the weekend after Easter so put in for your vacation time now.

Hot Dang! I sure never expected to find out a date this early! I am definately looking forward to it!

Guess I better make sure my Spring classes don't interfere with this one...Gotta make sure classes are during the first part of the week!

Yes were are going to stay at South Toledo Bend State Park. Don't wait too long to reserve a cabin. They have quite a bit available right now but that won't last long especially for that time of year.

Found a schedule for classes in Spring 2008...I am out for spring break the week before. I may have to wait til the last minute to decide whether I can go depending on classes, days, etc. & just hope for some floor space to sleep on. This sucks!

You dont have classes on Saturday and Sunday do you? If anything ,drive down Friday evening.

Should only be about a 2 and half hour drive for you. Even if you have a late class Friday you should still be able to make it in time for supper Friday and the tournament on Saturday and Sunday.

I can usually schedule my classes for the first part of the week, at least I have always been able to so far.

The thing I am worried about is having a buttload of studying to do that weekend. But,if I let Brian drive, that is 4-5 hours studying all together...fish in the morning...study in the afternoon on Thursday & Friday (maybe) Fish all day Saturday & study a little afterwards, eat, then study a little more...shit, I may be able to pull it off!

MAN! I am so ready for this...Unfortunately, I have to work through Tuesday half a day, But I am taking off this Friday to go try to catch some spawning crappie!

On top of the UBCS, I am also out of school for Spring Break all next week...It could not have been planned any better, I am definately ready for the break!
