How to explain using code in a post...

To explain to someone how to use "code" to make hyperlinks active, insert images, etc, just click the # icon above the smileys, and then enter the code like normal. This icon, the Code icon, will show the code rather than displaying the result of the code...

For example,

Code Select Expand

[move]THIS TEXT WILL SCROLL ACROSS THE SCREEN IF THIS CODE IS COPIED INTO A NEW POST[/move]

gives you the code to make this:
