Morning all...drizzling here...good for the flowers, but not much of anything else.

Hopefully I'm going fishing today while I can still afford the fuel...getting close to 3 bucks a gallon....

Good morning folks.  Its Friday!!!  It won't be too relaxing for me until tomorrow night...pre-tournament supper and meeting tonight and tournament tomorrow.  I sure hope Mr. Bass is ready.

Well, today is the day... Tri State Fishing Club Canadian Outing to Kenora, Ontario is today.  Woo Hooooooo.  First group heads out of Columbus, Ohio at 9a and the second group is going to pick them up on the way through town about 12p.... then it's only 20 hours or some craziness until we get there.  Thank heavens for Xbox, and Madden '06.

20 hours...must be South Central Ontario.

When we went up, we drove in shifts non-stop for 19 hours to Red Lake, boarded a Beechcraft and flew about an hour Northwest, then got dumped into a pickup and driven down a 2 track for several miles to a lake where we boarded a float plane and flew another 45 minutes North...

Nice part was that the closest human being to us was 50 miles away in a straight line, or 120 miles away by water.
