Steve -

A couple of comments to help the cause.  First - get yourself a new picture - can't tell if it's you or my brother    Second - get rid of Angler Profile at the top.  Most important words in your resume' are you first and last name (you want potential sponsor to remember you) - use same Font as Angler Profile to bring more attention to it.

Looks good overall - you've got your life going in the right direction and resume' reflects that.
