Rapala DT 16 in "silver" and "perch".

I use these lures in all phases of spring (pre-spawn, spawn, and post-spawn) when fishing for smallies out in Lake Erie.

I have 2 each of these and will be picking up more shortly.

When fishing shallow flats and along banks I use Bandit Footloose in "firetiger", silver blue/back, or silver black/back.

All seasons when I can find bass up shallow.

5 "firetiger", 2 each of the others

Randyk

Silver Buddies- I keep 6 1/2oz baits with me

I throw these primarily in cold water, 45 dergrees and under, but will often have success fishing them deep in the heat of summer too

Here is my only one. I take 3-4 Bandit crankbaits (footloose) pearl white/red eye. I fish them in shallow water near the bank line. I like them in late spring to late summer. Its a great bait for the kids and beginners....Dave

Bandit Crankbaits  5 baits of 100 series, in  pearl with chart belly

Yamamoto Hula Grubs at Lake Erie during pre-spawn and post-spawn.

I currently use two colors; rootbeer pepper green flake and black with chartreuse pepper skirt.

I have maybe 2 bags left of each.  Neither are made any more so I have to find replacements soon...

OK is it time for me to restate how to apply it to your lures and keep it off your hands?

My idea was to purchase a real soft tooth brush and a travel case for the tooth brush and use it as an applicator for the scent, then put the brush in its case and voila' no muss, no fuss, clean hands!

you have to have chomers twin tale grubs,4"watermelon red, dark melon pepper, rootbeergreen all for thespring, when there are more crawdads, fish them on a rocker head.
god grant that i may live to fish until my dying day and when it comes to my last cast i then most humbly pray when in the lords safe landing net i"m peacefully asleep that in his mercy i be judged as good enough to keep. member BASS,ILLINOIS FEDERATION
