Looked at one paragraph - the first.  Made a couple changes.  Is Sierra Maudre spelled correctly?  Not sure on that one.

I was born in Sierra Maudre, CA and raised in Burlington, IA.  Growing up I spent a lot of time fishing the Mississippi River, local lakes, and farm ponds which nurtured my great love for bass fishing.  I started fishing small local tournaments whenever I could.  Now with the support of my wonderful family, I can pursue my #1 goal of becoming a highly successful tournament angler.

From previous input - I would still put a little thought into building what you can offer a sponsor around truck driving.  Sets you apart from the rest.
