Tippecanoe River, near Buffalo Indiana

This section of the Tippecanoe River is near the area where the Little Monon enters the river, the down current side of the many islands are excellent for smallmouth in June and July, and the opening to feeder creeks and ditches are a good choice in August because these area are usually shaded by overhanging trees.

a 1/4 oz. round head jig with a 4" yellow plastic grub is an excellentt choice here...

Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area, Evansville IN.  Fall is very active with top water poppers

Great smallmouth fishing, had the opportunity to fish here with MrBass in Late September or Early October, tube baits and crank baits were the fair...worked very slowly near obvious structure and parallel to the shoreline near steep dropoffs worked well.

Late April and early May is an excellent time to work tender tubes for slab crappies here, in June and July, work the heavy pads near the channel openings with heavy jigs and plastic worms for some nice bass
