OK - here goes nuttin Drew:

Name - use bigger font - name should stick out a little more - most important words in document

I'd drop words following colons to line below and line up all these rows down the entire document.  Notice how Aspiring and Age 20 are lined up below.

Occupation:
Aspiring professional angler - BFL, Kentucky River Bassmasters, Eastern Kentucky Bassmasters
       Full time student
       Delta Natural Gas employee

Personals:
      Age 20
      Birth Date: 08/22/86
      Birthplace: Richmond, Ky

Remove: Recent Tournament Finishes

Results: you want to show that you are successful here - weights not required to do that and you don't use on all tourneys -placement is required - wish I had your sacks of fish though ;)  A little confused on Open finishes in December.  Are these 3 different on 3 different dates - may want to add location to differentiate.  I would standardize everything in this section like this (pulled a couple tourneys as examples):

Month/Year - Event - Location - Placement/Finish

January 2007 -  ABA - Lake Cumberland - 1st place and big fish award
June 2006 - Battle of the Bluegrass Collegiate Tournament - Barren River - 2nd place

If you have to cut something in the document - with as many good tourney finishes as you have - I'd use only 2005 thru 2007 and title it that way: 2005-2007 Tournament Fishing Results.

Love your myspace page - ensure link is active - I think I would try to find a place further up in resume for it - that's how much I liked it.  That page conveys excitement - hell - you could have got my wife excited about fishing and she don't fish.  ;D  Your pics and big fish and elite series videos and the list goes on.  What's not to like  :-\

Remove colon - Majoring in Public Relations

Sponsorship needed to cover expenses in the following areas: entry fees, fuel, lodging, and equipment.  This line kind of hanging out there in wind.  Changed wording a bit too for you.

Reworded: logos on truck/boat/tournament shirt and take potential customers fishing and/or talk with them.

Interviews and references available upon request.  This is hanging out there on the end of the resume.  Looks out of place.

Overall - you have all the right information in here my man - I'd pick you up in a heartbeat.  You know why?  "Successful, Excited, and Determined"  All you are really looking at is a minor clean-up and you will be set.  Good job!!
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small.
