Hey guys, I did a search but couldn't find anything. I've seen pictures before of people using the dividers from a golf bag, pvc mounted to a fitted aluminum plate. I really hate to just throw all my rods & reels in a storage compartment, especially when I've purchased 5 Curados @ 200 a pop, just trying to stay away from the boat rash look. Plus, I like to bring an additional 3 or 4 ultra-lites, just in case the bass fishing gets a little slow. Would anybody have a template for the aluminum by any chance or any other ideas??

Use carboard to make your templates. If you don't like the fit or arrangement you just cut another until your satisfied. Cheaper than chopping up aluminum.

Another option for the final product are those white plastic cutting boards. They won't scratch your rods and are softer than aluminum.

If you use aluminum go to a boat shop and get some trim lock. Trim the holes with trim lock to protect the rods.
