plano flip sider

just got my new bps order in which was great as always. the problem i have is the new plano boxes. i ordered two of the new flip sider one 3714 for jerk baits which works great and one 3744 for rat-l-traps. the 3744 is where the problem is. if you only put 1/4 oz or smaller it might work great but anything bigger dosent work well at all. anyone else try these out yet or have the same problem? doug

I have not tried the Plano, The Falcon box for traps is the one to get it holds all sizes. I have some problems with some of my Plano's with the latches coming off. Just watch out they snap off pretty easy.

just to give an update on this. i spoke with todd at plano and what they and i both found out is that it is a misprint on the package. the package says up to 2oz but should say up to 1/2oz. he said he had no idea that it said 2oz and he called down to have it fixed while i was on the phone with him. doug

I go with the Falcon's as well. Expensive but worth it.

I agree, I just got the small crank, medium crank, terminal tackle and spinnerbait box. Really wiah BPS would stock the jig box. Thats what I went in to get and each time they dont have it I get a different one haha. Maybe I'll just ask them to order it next time

Everything is easy to get to and stores great in the box itself, and the boxes in the boat.

But... Did he do the right thing and offer to correct your problem and send out the right product?

yes they stoped production as i was speaking to them to fix it and he said he would ship me some stuff out. doug
