She works with the premature babies that are born early, like months early.  I think her title is Nurse Practioner...Not sure on the spelling there...All I know is that she is sharp and enjoys her work...Its kinda odd,  I dont know a bunch about what she does nor soes she have any idea what I do....Neither of us bring our highly stressful job home....I works out well.

Hey everyone My name is Michael I'm 35 and live in Eastern Va. with my Wife and 2 yr. old daughter. I've lived in Virginia going on 6 yrs. now but grew up in Balto. MD.

I've been out of the fishing loop since a couple months before my daughter was born, i went a couple weeks ago with co-workers and here i am with the fishing bug once again, so I'm trying to get reacquainted with the techniques, places and anyother info. i can grab onto too. I'm not your fancy big shiny bass boat kinda fisherman, since I'd rather fish ponds and lakes the 10' jonboat and trolling motor seems to suit me fine (till i hit the lotto) Anyway it looks like a great site you all have here and I'm glad i found it. will be stopping by when i can. Till then happy hook'in

My name is Ryan and I'm 27 and have just been bitten by the bass bug.  My dad was a bass fishermen for years when I was younger, around 12 but I never got interested.  He was in the Air Force and when I was 13 we went overseas for 5 years, we never got the opportunity to go fishing over there.  We started shooting skeet which he and I both are addicted too.  My sister and future brother in law live in FL and took up salt water fishing, they recently came to visit and we hit up some local ponds and I got interested.  I knew there were a ton of bass fishers in my area as we have Lake Wylie where they held the BASS Masters Classic last year or the one before at in our county.  I am in avid deer hunter, and rabbit hunter, and just recently went dove hunting for the first time which I love.  My dad still has an old Bass tracker which probably hasn't been in the water in 6 or 7 years, I plan on doing some work to it, putting it in the water and picking my dad's brain and this site for a ton of new info on what I hope will be my new hobby.  Which I am sure my wife loves, another hobby.  By the way that's my boy in my sig, the only young'n we got right now.

Welcome again pookie and you got a cute looking boy  ;) and thanks for telling us a little about yourself and don't know if you found it yet but we have a hunting section on here also  ;D  You name it it's around here some where. I'm new to Bass Fishing myself just learning about all them diffrent kinds of lures and when and where and how to fish which one is a chalange to say the least but we can do it  ;) Look around and holler if you need any help.

Ok here it goes,

My name is Sean I'm a 33 year old male from ST.Louis Missouri. I have been married to my childhood sweety for 12 years as of Oct, 8. of this year. We have one Daughter who is 7 and caught her first Bass this past summer.

I am a sheet metal worker and have been for 13 years now.

I started fishing at a very young age as my mom would take me and my older brother fishing at the local parks while my dad was at work. When I got older my dad would take me along with him and my uncle on there fishing trips, then after my uncle passed away when I was around 9 or 10 my dad stopped fishing, so I went whenever I could. Allot of times my mom or dad would drop me off at the lake in the morning and I would fish until they picked me up later that night.
When I got old enough to drive I fished 5 out of 7 days a week from Feb-Nov and by the time I was 17 I had my Life membership to B.A.S.S. I read those magazines over and over to drill those tactics and techniques into my head. I started using Baitcasters and Spinning reels when I was buying 3-5 Zebco 33's a month because I was burning them up. I fished like this until I bought my first home, after that I did not fish for about three years. As I got more and more comfortable as a home owner and having a family I started fishing again slowly building up to where I left off.
Now I fish 5 out of 7 days a week again, I normally go in the morning before work and in the evening after dinner. I still use one of my first baitcasters and my first Spinning reel even though I have since had to replace 2 baitcasters and 2 rods.

I must say that I am very lucky to have a wife that puts up with me being gone all the time, she is very supportive of my addiction. And my daughter is well on her way to being a great fisherwoman!

And as you can tell I love to talk!

Sean

Don

Hi,
I'm Don, a recent retiree to North Carolina.  I have fished PA, NJ and DE.  Most of my fishing was in NJ.   I fished mostly for bass, pickerel, crappie and seasonal trout.  I also did a lot of saltwater fishing.  Now located in Hickory, NC, I just started fishing Lake Hickory this month.
Beautiful lake to fish and also a lot of lake to learn.  Any input would be appreciated!
I usually fish with my "fishing dog", Luke, a mini-schnauzer who loves to be in the boat on the water.

Mike Noble

Welcome Don to UltimateBass.com.  It is great to have you join our family.  I'm sure you will get a lot of information here.  Let us know if you need anything.
