Winter Storage

Since my fishing season is about over, what do you guys recommend for winterizing my boat?

I have about 1/2 tank of gas that has had Sea Foam in it for a stabilizer.
I plan on changing the oil in the lower unit and fogging the plugs.

Do I need to fog the plugs with the products you would buy at a boat store or can I use WD40?
Do I need to do anything with the carbs?

I would just float it out on to the base lake, put a torpedo in to it, and call it good!
