Sponsor List Up For Easy Access

I did a little furnature moving today...

I have had several folks tell me that they refresh the screen to find a banner that they are looking for so that they can visit the site of a sponsor.

SsssOooooooo....

I added a block at the bottom of the forum main page that has all of the sponsors banners in mini form so that they would easy to find when you want to visit their sites

and I thought I was the only one who refreshed the page to get the right sponsor banner to pop up so I could click on it....guess I'm not alone anymore
