Winter, aint it a shame for fishing! Wilma just told me i need to put the boat away for the winter I talked to a friend of mine in northern California and he has already put his away.I want at least one more trip.

Put the boat away for winter    That sounds like a sad, sad time.

Man I hate all this talk about putting boats up for the winter. Them lakes don't freeze over in Kentucky or do they?

I was going to talk Laurie into going this afternoon but I can already tell you that aint happening. It is nasty outside again We had one beautiful day and that was Thanksgiving, guess I should be thankful for that

The lakes don't freeze usually...but the people on them do!

  been there done that  Well if the water don't freeze then I would be hard pressed to put the boat away, just incase one of those occasional nice days came about. The bass fishing will be tough but not impossible, besides there are a bunch of other species to chase with the bass are not biting in the winter

That would be why there are at least two guys in Kentucky whose boats aren't put up yet.  You never know when a good day will come along.

No don't think either one of us would know him. I will track him down though on the board and see where he is...maybe he has a HEATED boat Dawg and I could use!
