I have some fire and Ice Gator tail worms if you would like to have them next time I see you I can let you have them. I don't ever use them and don't like using them.

I use the Zoom G-tail worms for night fishing. They work great and I pull them through grass all night with no problems. Give them a try. ;)

Why do you like the G-Tail better? The way I see it you weren't around when the Gator Tail was  ~roflmao Just poking fun but seriously why do you like it better  :-*

I've been thinking about this and the only thing I can think of is confidence, I just feel like I have more confidence in a G-tail. I'm sure you could blindfold me and give me a Gator Tail worm and say it's a G-tail and I would probably fish it the same lo

Gatortail worms have to this day been one of my "secret" baits.  We had a local sports shop go out of business and due to knowing the owner was able to buy out his complete supply of Gatortails.  Still have some left, but the supply is getting down there after all these years.  Some of the colors seem to work better then others,  I found after having so many colors to chose from that the gray shad colors out produced most of the others here in NY.  Down in Florida the black/blue glitter has worked better then the usual junebug.  Have some of the larger 7" ones and they do work but not as well as the smaller 5" ones.  As mentioned flipping these Gatortails is very productive any where I have used them.

my worms look very similar also.  ive posted pics of my worms here before, but i'll tell the story real quick.

i purchased a mold from a fellow about 5 years ago on ebay.  him and i became friends and we decided to try and make a one off custom mold.  we went back and forth on the design for a few months and finally nailed it.  its a one off mold, and very unique.  the worm it produces is thick near the head then tapers towards the tail.  it has a large hook style tail.  the humps all the way down the back displace alot of water while the slightly rounded smooth belly keep the worm keeled while swimming.  the thicker head makes it fall to the bottom head first every time.  it has a nice wiggle / wobble while swimming.

ive poured alot of these over the years and many of my friends and family that bass fish beg me for them all the time.  we have had alot of good luck with it.
