Not much to report as this was a test drive for my back. Last week I had the nerves from L3-L5 into S1 cauterized. There is another name for it but basically they burn them so they don't work anymore. This is a very effective procedure for me but it only lasts about 6 months before they heal and remind me they are there. Anyway I have to take it easy for a bit.

Started about 8 and fished till noon. Mostly staying on banks with flooded brush pitching a jig and creature bait. I did manage three but nothing special. Biggest was about 4 pounds and tremendous fun to catch!!!

all three fish I caught were less than 4 ft.

Sounds like a good day for the amount of time you were on the water.  Mike, the procedure is called a nerve ablation.  Ask me how I know.  Lol

Mike tks for sharing the trip with us.  Congrats on finding the fish and boating them.
