I'm not sure how to say thank you, I'm not sure how to show everyone how much UB changed our Christmas and outlook on 2025 but we are all smiles and positive thoughts are once again flowing through the house.

Top Row: Malachi (Purple shirt on left) Marshall (white shirt on the right) These are the two that always helped me pull tickets. That tree is 6 ft tall!!!
Middle row: Mykal and Ayden. Both our grandsons that we take care of before and after school so mom's can work.
Bottom Row: Our granddaughter Grayce and her boyfriend Zii

We were treeless this year, but Laurie found a $39 tree at Wally World and some ribbon and ornaments for about $50. Since it was so last minute things were cheap. I was highly impressed, the tree came out like a $1k set up...

Laurie went to a store called "5 Below" and bought presents. She got all kinds of what I call crap... they didn't have fishing stuff LOL... The kids loved it. From make up for our one grand daughter to weightlifting gloves and bluetooth speakers for the boys and supposedly nothing was over $5? Anyway everyone got a lot.

This is me 6 months ago, I've lost another 30 pounds since this photo, but it looks like I finally stopped.

Laurie and I bailed and used some of the support from everyone to visit my father in Missouri. He turned 80 last September and I didn't get to go to the celebration. So we made a surprise visit over New Years. It was amazing and we hardly slept, just telling stories of yesteryears and thoroughly enjoying each other's company. I don't know how many more visits I get with that man but thanks to all of us I got to have at least one more great one!!!

THANK YOU!!! You all made Christmas and the start of 2025 Magical.
I for one believe in Santa Claus again :toot:
