DIY solution for paddle tails sliding down weedless hooks

For the sake of demonstration I used a normal wooden pencil eraser, but the better option is a mechanical pencil because the erasers are normally white and a lot smaller around.

-Slice off a piece of eraser (the bigger the hook the thicker the slice should be).
-Insert the hook point in the center of your slice and push the eraser past the barb
-Rig your swimbait as normal and push the eraser up snug to the bait.

Thanks for the tip. Also if you don't have a pencil(lol) you can do the the same thing with some vinyl or surgical tubing.

Great idea!  A ittle piece of firm plastic worm also works.
