There are special outings, then there are special outings. The boat broke a new catch record yesterday. Everything fell into place perfectly. Starting from the location, conditions, and game plan. I shared this experience with Ralph, one of our South FL UB brethren. We fished for 8.5 hours straight. The bite never stopped from the very first cast! We used an assortment of techniques. A few lures were actually broken, due to the sheer volume of peacock violence. At the end of the outing when I showed Ralph the counter of 172 fish boated, his jaw dropped! We won't forget this trip for a long while.  lo  ~bb

Thanks for reading, Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow, what a fantastic day.  Any black bass in the mix?  I can remember the days when zero peas were out in the glades.  What a fun day that must have been!  Congrats ~c~  ~c~  ~c~
