Florida State Parks Golf Course?

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is proposing 9 amendments for state parks in Florida including the development of golf courses and hotels on state lands. Yup, our JD State Park here has a TON of support. How much support (for opposing the course) is there? They just had to cancel the Public Hearing because they would be almost 6 times over the capacity of the venue. I'm a mountain biker also, so the clubs are pretty involved in this one.

There is money to be made so it's up for grabs!  Lots of talk from many of our Florida leaders, but little integrity!  Keep an eye on alternatives!  Thanks for keeping us informed!
