Wind: ENE: 5-8
Current: Yes

Baits: an assortment of artificials
Fishing Time: 0730-2:30pm

Fished with my repeat client Shawn and new friend Mike today. Mike had never fished off a bass boat before, so today was a very special outing for him.

I arrived at the ramp before dawn and had the boat ready to go when Shawn and Mike arrived.

We were under way as the sun was rising. Once we made it to the area, I wanted to start. These guys did not waste time catching bass. 2 hrs into the trip, and we had boated over 20 bass. Lol!!

I took advantage of the wind and covered water, as these guys just kept catching.  The bite started to pick up even more as the day progressed. So much so that the guys asked to extend their trip an extra hour!! Lol!!

Fortunately, they decided to stay because the fishing really ramped up even more if you can believe that!

The extended hour flew by. After 7 straight hours of fishing, these guys were exhausted. But, they were all smiles!!

All in all, these guys did awesome! Mike was extremely coachable and followed my recommendations to the letter.

Thanks for reading!

Nice

A bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work.
