Conditions:

Skies: Cloudy
Temps: Mid to upper 60's
Moon phase: Waxing Gibbous
Water levels: High
Water clarity: Clear
Fishing time: 7-11am
Bass boated: 16

Fished the Marshlands with my daughter yesterday. It was her first time fishing out of the  Basshunter boat.
We arrived at a cool Everglades right before sunrise. Launched close to 7am.
The bass were active early. I showed my daughter the ropes with the swimbait and she  managed to hook up pretty fast.

We moved around a little, and she continued to catch some bass here and there.
I joined in a short while later and managed to haul in a few bass of my own as well.

All in all, we had a good time. My daughter is a quick learner and becoming a better angler each day. :)

We called the trip around 11 am.

Thanks for reading!

Nice job there young lady. Glad you and your Dad got to go fishing. Keep learning and one day you'll outfish him.

Your daughter looks so happy to be out there with you.  Congrats my friend, it doesn't last forever and I miss those years. :-*

^ What he said.

Nothing compares to time spent with your kids and even better when it is fishing time.
