After 2 days of flooding rains, finding somewhere to bass fish was going to be challenge. Fortunately I knew just the place where I stood a chance of catching some largemouth bass. Enjoy!

Great video. So which was better for numbers and which was better for big fish? You mentioned those questions at the beginning of the video but Maybe I missed the answer?

Swimbait for the numbers
Spinnerbait caught big fish.

Thanks for watching!

Lou, congrats on another successful outing  ~c~   Tks for putting the video together for us.

Question:  What is the rod length & action on the rods your using?  I notice you grab the line to lift the fish up.  Why aren't you 'Boat Flipping' the fish?

Thank you for watching Donald.  The reasons I grab the line are for 2 reasons. One. One of the rods is an FDX custom build, and boat flipping is big no, no, for that blank. 2. My basshunter boat is a little boat. There is not enough room to properly boat flip.

Lou, tks for explaining the reason for not using the rod to Boat Flip the fish.  That rod looks to be what 7.6 - 8ft long.  I looks like it's got plenty of rod tip action to fight those fish.  Yep that lil Bass Hunter doesn't have the deck space to boat flip.  Just wondering brother.

I really enjoy watching your videos.

All the rods are 7ft 3.

Tx Lou for another interesting vid.  I can only imagine how much water there must be in the canal systems.  Up here in Ga we haven't had much rain but the temps are in the 50's and 60's.  Looking forward to your next trip.  Happy Thanksgiving to all the brothers. ~c~
