Productive evening today. Took along a few CPF Shad Jerk Pro's and worked the bank along a neighboring canal.

Slow at first, until I figured out what the Peacock were doing. They were stalking along the bottom of the hydrilla line and then pouncing on the shad jerk pro as it approached the bank. Sneaky Pea's.  lo

Vicious blow ups! They would snatch the rod out of my if I wasn't paying attention. Lol!!

Just looks like a fluke!  One of the best bank fishing baits.

Peacocks are very fun and formidable fish to catch.

Compared to the fluke, the CPF shad jerk can withstand a little bit more abuse than the fluke. The fluke is a great bait. I love them, but the tear quickly. The shad jerk, will hold up just a little more.

Nice! Do these sink about the same as a Zoom brand fluke?

The flukes are a little longer, and their sink rates are a little different. The Shad Jerk are a little denser and stay suspended a little more.
