Berkley Cullshad replacement program

Shortly after Berkley launched the their new Cullshad swimbait, they found the first batch was not made with the proper formula and did not perform as intended. They then made announcements in various places to let people know about their mistake and that they created a program to solve the usurper those people that had already purchased them.

I happen to love fishing the bigger swimbaits like the Magdraft, so I was one of those people that bought one when they first came out. For whatever reason (it was lost on my messy workbench), I never got around to fishing so I had forgotten about the replacement program. When I cleaned my bench and stumbled upon it, I looked up the program details and discovered that had already ended about three weeks prior. That said, all they asked you to do was take a picture of the bait with your address displayed somewhere in the picture, and then go to their website and upload it, so I did it anyway. A couple weeks later I got a note that they were about to start shipping out replacement baits, and today I received a package. Needless to say, I received the new bait, but I was surprised to see how much Berkeley truly cares about their customers as they also sent along this awesome care package!



The $30+ value pack of goodies was a very nice touch, and should serve as an example to other companies of how to go above and beyond! I can't wait to fish this new Cullshad, so here's a shout out to Berkley!
