Power Pole Move problem

Anyone on here have one? I have a new one and within an hour it won't lock in either deployed or stowed position. The rope doesn't have any spring action, so it isn't releasing the mechanism or its 100% released and isn't retracting to lock it. Any thoughts?
I've Googled and don't see anything about it on it or You Tube.

That makes sense. It's also new style of TM, and not a lot of people have these yet. Once you get yours fixed, come back and provide us with your feedback. I'm curious.
