This Sunday, Aug 6th brings us to Caddo Lake and we will be launching out of Earl G. Williamson park in Oil City.  As always, you can trailer to another launch, you just cant leave until we release you.  This is the last regular season tournament of 2023.  The weather channel says the temps at launch will be around 81 and will get up to 101 with very few clouds and will have SW Winds around 5 - 10 mph.  Its gonna be HOT.  Blast off will be around 0600.  Everyone needs to wear sunscreen and drink alot of water.  I am going to try and fish, but will most likely have to have someone weigh my fish if I catch anything.  Myself, Bill or Mike will definately be at the launch for sign up around 0515.  I will take a vote on stop times.  I know its not the popular decision, but with everyones health in mind, I will take a vote for weigh in times, and the two times will be 1200 or 1300.  This tournament will not have a weigh in of 1500.  I will let everyone know at blast off when when the weigh in will be.  I hope to see everyone there.
