Yep.  We have finally been forced to upgrade our software.  The version that we are currently running is 10 years old and soon we will no longer have support from the developers.  So it was time.

If your admin has done their jobs correctly, you should see minor changes to the appearance of the forum, including colors, which we are working on.  There will also be some new features rolling out soon, as we get them to work properly.  This will be happening in the middle of the night, Eastern Standard Time, over the next few days.

Please bear with us while we get everyone's favorite forum up to date.

Thank You for your patience

If you run into any issues, please post them here, in this thread.

Thanks, G, but it's mostly Flavio's untold hours of work trying to make this as seamless as possible.

That's... Bigger than that ~sweat
New version is a complete rewrite both in backend and frontend, plus database. It's a very big thing even for me (bigger than when I came over here the first time, too), given we definitely do want to keep all the stuff we have (menu for example). It's going to be several hours of downtime, if the forum is down or you see a white page or whatever, you know what's up ~fff
We will have time to make some adjustements and whatnot later on, but first we got to get to the new version, and it's much easier said than done, my own instructions page is like 30+ steps worth, some of which are quite long by themselves. I'm currently going through the list to check everything once again.
Currently Tech Admin on here, you can also call me Flavio :) ...Yes, I am friendly! (Maybe) :P

Flavio, we trust you. You will do great!
