Portage River Ohio.  Fishing Muddy Water for Bass.  This is a fishing trip from last year I did on the Portage River near Port Clinton.  There are times when muddy water can make for a tough day of fishing.  There are certain things you can do to increase your chances of catching bass when facing these conditions.   Come along for a fishing trip on the Portage River and see how this day turned out on this Lake Erie tributary.

I went to KSU and fished Portage Lakes.  Caught a lot of small mouth in those waters.
(Fish) - P/B 11.4, Everglades, L67, L28, Little 67, Alligator Alley, Sawgrass, Holey Land, Loxahatchee, Ida, Osbourne, Okeechobee, Weston Lakes. Broward and Dade Canals.

Portage Lakes is a great fishery.  I've fished it few times.  Huge largemouth in that chain.  Milton Lake which isn't too far from there has some nice smallmouth action.

Have a family friend that is an owner of Turkeyfoot Golf course great large mouth fishing around that lake.

It sure is.  I have a close friend that lives just 15 minutes down the road from it. JCJ Bass Fishing if you look him up on Rumble.  That Turkeyfoot has some of the weirdest boating hours.   I'm never sure when you are allowed to run there.  It's just something to be aware of if you ever fish it.
