i had the weirdest sinus problem.  basically i was partially stuffed up from Jan 1 to April 1.  not the huge deal, but i started having anxiety and panic attacks.

i did two things. called my doc..and called for a mental health wellness check.  my doc found nothing unusual..and i basically got a therapist.

i got way better, understanding my issues and getting a few tools in the toolbelt.

then i visited my dentist.  EUREKA!!!  i had a cracked tooth, that inflammed my head..ears, sinuses..  i got a root canal, and i am on the mend.  my final cap is next week, and i will put this in my rearview.

i still stuff up sinus wise..but it is getting way better. i kept my therapist..it i just nice to talk.    i was a total skeptic, but just talking to people helps.  mental health..i got a mild taste.  it is no joke.  none whatsoever...eye opening.

my wife has been amazing as well.  i love her.  i tempered my fishing now, and will spend time with her as a priority..fishing second.  hahahha..

be well fellow fisherpeople.  be well.

Glad you got it figured out.

No, it's not really a joke (Mental Health) as we all tend to brush it off. No shame whatsoever in admitting I have PTSD Therapy. I get a random phone call once a week and have to show up for a Group Session once a month.

If you need it, "Man Up" and go get it, there's nothing wrong with asking for help.

The whole mental health as a stigma thing is something we need to do away with IMO.

So many military personnel afflicted with PTSD. Sorry that you have to suffer from it but there definitely should be no shame in seeking help to deal with it.

On the tooth thing it's surprising how many things can be related to teeth. As just one example a toothache can actually be a sign of a heart problem. They call it referred pain. And as in your problem other aches pains and conditions can be traced to a bad tooth or teeth.  Weird.

You take care of you and we'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers brother.
