My day off fishing appears to be a wash again today with 50 mph winds and rain expected.  Here is Jim and my first trip last year on Coldwater Lake in southern Michigan.  Anyone else ever fish this lake before?

Yes my club fishes it the last two summers and I had good luck finding fish on it just never anything overly large.  ~cf

Tournaments in August I've fished in the past out of Lake Drive Marine have typically taken 11 to 12 lbs. to win.  Nothing spectacular.  Marble and Coldwater you do have a chance at catching smallmouth.    Always seems like the winning sacks come from Marble during those tournaments.
