I have selected a guide for my upcoming redfish adventure this fall.  We are targeting Mid October to Early November as the desired time.  Since I am local we won't make our final appointment until just days before we go fishing.  I have added a link to the guides website in case you are interested in seeing who I have selected.

I have decided to stick with the plan to hunt for slot size fish using artificial baits and casting to the grass edges etc. Many of you have suggested that this style will best fit my bass fishing experience and is a lot more exciting than dragging cut baits around deep water.

Congratulations!  ~c~
Looks like a good guy, but, of course you never know until after the trip.
Hope you get a chance to get into the flats and see them sunning, the water is so shallow that their backs are out of the water getting a tan.

Tks for sharing the guide's information with us.  You have a great trip and take lots of pictures during this event.

I'm sure you'll have a Blast!! I used to wade fish for reds in Florida and seeing them tailing was a huge adrenaline rush!
