No CC Permit required for Active Duty and Retired Military

While the bill to allow constitutional carry in Louisiana didn't get through for various other reasons. The bill allowing Active Duty and Military Veterans with an Honorable Discharge to carry a concealed weapon has passed. This takes effect starting Monday 1 August.
