I'm looking to purchase a 2020 Pro 175 but I noticed a dent in the bottom port side of the hull. Is this considered cosmetic or something I should be concerned with? Can this be fixed? I'll attached pictures.. any comments or thoughts are much appreciated!

That one might be bad. How deep is it(red part)? Does it continue past the vertical runner(in yellow on the pic) You'll be running on that which will have to create some sort of water disturbance. It must be perfectly between the horizontal support structures to cave in like that. Any creases in the vertical runner I'd be leary. Any other pics to show more depth? The bottom of my Tracker had a lot of character but that seems like a single "wham" moment.

Maybe they hit a submerged concrete post? Is there any scraping? A stump potentially could do it but damn how fast were they going?

I think the Tracker hulls have a lifetime warranty now but that seems "caused" rather than "happened". I'd ask and see what Bass Pro says!

Welcome to UB. Reach out to Tracker before buying this boat. That's considerable dent on running surface.

I have to agree with Rudy and Lou. Looks like it was picked up and dropped. I'd walk away myself.

Run dont walk away from that boat. Not worth the headaches yoou will more then likely have.  I looked at a tracker with 16 hours on it had a very similar dent so I asked the owner lets take it out I want to drive it etc he wouldnt big red flag.
If you and the owner take it out check it for water intrusion but honestly I would take a hard pass on that boat.

Thanks for the response guys! The owner said That he's okay with me taking it out on the water or having someone look at it before I agree to buy it. So I can just take it to Bass Pro before I buy and get them to look at it?

I'm not sure how deep it is... the owner said he had no idea it was even dented on the bottom. However, he's open to having it checked out. The boat appears to be in great condition otherwise.

Yeah if you have one close by they'd be able to answer the warranty questions too.

May be nothing but just from the 1 pic I def would have it looked at.

I find that very hard to believe.  You saw it when you went to look at the boat.  He owns it and didnt ever see that or know about it?  Nope.  I would run.  You will find another boat.
Doctor says I should stay away from other people.
