Last Sunday, February 27th, Miracle Strip Bass Club members fished Lake Seminole launching from Sneads City Park on the Florida side of the lake. Lake Seminole bass didn't show up in big numbers or size but we sure do have fun chasing them on this great lake. Water temp was in the mid-60s and air temp reached the upper 70s. It won't be long now until the shallows are flooded with big bass. Some of our members are fishing the Florida Bass Nation qualifier today. Results to follow. Here are the results from last weekend:
1st place - TJ Vidinha 5 @ 12.28
2nd place - Shane Lundien 5 @ 10.72
3rd place - Adam Clift 5 @ 9.11
4th place - Kevin Oleen 5 @ 9.10
5th place - Ray Hicks 5 @ 8.42
6th place - Aaron Richardson 2 @ 6.16
7th place - Neil Ransom 3 @ 5.50
8th place - Bryce Clements 3 @ 3.56
9th place - Larry Robbins 1 @ 1.16
10th place - Bryan Morgan, Tammy Ransom, and Rob Lemon
Big Bass - TJ Vidinha 4.08
Next month we visit Tired Creek just west of Cairo, GA. Should be an exciting day - we've never fished there before as a club.
