Hydrowave?

You guys know I'm an electrical junkie and livescope should be plenty but I'm just curious.

If they help draw bait balls in closer it could be worth a try. Save the spawn if you can't fish the bait up here you are really in trouble.

I did see there are smaller units for yaks I guess. Anyone have one or fished a boat with one?

I have one and have been using it for 2 months. I think it helps at least to get the bait stirred up. If nothing else it covers up some TM noise.

I had one. Do they work? Yes! Do they help catch fish? I'm not sure they do.

After I added the Ultrex, I added a Humminbird to the bow in addition to my Garmins and I felt like I had just a bit too much crap up there. I finally ended up selling the Hydrowave. I don't miss it.

In high pressure lakes, I think they actually add to the pressure.

They do work, ask the pros. To me it's just one more thing to take my attention from bait.

I'm not fishing for that one $100K bite like some of you all. I will up my electronics games as much as I can afford... but I do chose very specific tools.this year will be my first foray into 360 imaging and I'm pumped over the specific applications I'm thinking about...

appreciated. will post up pics of boat in next week. headed over to pay for it monday afternoon, but leaving it there for a bit. have to get the one I currently have out of the garage first.
