Seadek and other carpet alternatives

I would be interested to see what Sea Dek looks like in 5-10 years.  And the last time I checked, it only had a 3yr warranty. Which is OK for the person that trades boats in every couple of years, but not for the person that keeps a boat long term. I have also heard that removal is a bear to do well enough to replace it when needed.
