Hook cutters for gut hooked fish

What are the best hook cutters for gut hooked fish when the removal methods wont work that are ideally on the cheaper side

You're talking about pushing the hook thru enough, or it's already thru enough, that you can cut the hook below the barb and remove the hook correct?

Pushing the hook through but sometimes at least for me if i were to push it through it would just make it worse so i would just cut it and remove it if possible and if not just release it with the barb and point as it would help the fish out

I would think that you would want some sort of wire cutters that had some length to get down into the mouth of the bass. I googled long handle wire cutters and found some that I would think could work.

But small enough to i briefly looked and they seemed bulky

Maybe the regular handle wire cutters would be small enough.

No but depending on the fish and scenario it would be better for the fish to cut the hook
