One of our favorites is chicken on the rotisserie;
1 or 2 chickens
Salt and pepper
Butter for injection
I love chicken and I do the cooking so this is done my way, nobody complains.
Rinse then truss up the bird, salt and pepper the bird, melt the butter, I add garlic powder
Inject the butter in the bird, specially the breasts
Put bird on a spit and with the grill preheated to about 450-500 and cook, baste if you think it needs it occasionally with the leftover butter
I've found it takes between an hour and an hour and a half depending on size and temp
It's simple but really good and the skin is crispy.
