TCTC Feb 7th Tournament

This Sunday, Feb 7th, takes us to Martin Creek to kick off our 2021 season!  Gates open at 6:00am so everyone will have time to get in the water and ready to go, the Tournament Director will launch everyone around 7:00am.  Weigh-in will be at 3:00pm.

Current weather forecast calls for a freezing boat ride at launch (32*) and warming to 43* by weigh-in with winds out of the north @ 10mph.

Remember to have your TX license in hand for the day!  Also be sure to check your boat AND trailer for giant salvynia!

Please PM, Messenger, or text me or Chip Harm if you are going to fish this tournament for details concerning park admission.

Also, Chip will follow this post up with the mandated Covid-19 protocols required by the park.

Here are the safety rules we provided to the park so we could have the tourney:

-- Members will maintain social distancing

-- Masks will be worn when social distancing cannot be maintained during pre-brief, sign-up and lake vote.  Only one team member will be allowed at each.

-- During weigh-in, only one team member will present fish to the weighmaster and maintain social distancing from other participants.

-- There will be no large groupings/gatherings of tournament participants other than those outlined above.

-- Members that are not feeling well or have been exposed to a positive case within the last 14 days should not participate in the tournament.
