finally got one.  so, for those waiting to see how i like mine, all i've got to say is wow!  great bracket.  great latching system.  motor is really quiet.  steering is so quiet that you never hear it on normal adjustments.  spot lock stays on a dime.  deploys and stows like there is nothing there.  i got a 24v 82 lb. thrust, and it has really got the zip!

don''t even ask me how i got one.  kind of by hook and crook, but they are supposed to be making them after the 1st if the year.  so, here is my stamp of approval, which there were several waiting on.

Thanks for the report! I didn't know it had spot lock- which graphing system do you use? "Ease of deployment" is usually overlooked but we use that thing hundreds or thousands of times a year so that sure saves your back! Does it have a brushless motor?

Looks like they are starting to roll out....there was a guy on another forum that received his also.... if i had the extra $$ i'd be tempted to sell my Ultrex and get the MG.....

Have not seen anything about it be brushless.

i took an ultrex owner out today, and he was more than impressed with the tour pro.  better bracket, quieter, steering is way quieter, bump pole fold into the top of the bracket when deployed, spot lock is faster and more accurate.  i hate that it took so long to get this thing, but it was worth the wait.
