New Members Contest August 2020

To all new members of UltimateBass.com,

Welcome to the site. As our way of saying thanks for joining us here at UltimateBass.com we have set up a New Member's Contest just for you. All you need to do is make a total of 5 posts to qualify.
Any post you make anywhere throughout the entire site will count, but at least 1 must be posted here so we know that you want to be entered in the contest.

Please Note That There is a Time Limit on Eligibility.

Unfortunately we have to place a time limit on what defines a new member. You have two months from the date you register as a member of Ultimate Bass to be considered a new member. You can enter the New Member contest at any time during that period. Members returning to the site after a long absence or new members who go beyond the two months are no longer eligible.
You can of course enter all of the other contests for as long as you are a member of Ultimate Bass.

Any other posts that you have already made will show up in your post count as well. If you haven't done so already, stop by the Let Us Get To Know You board and tell us a little about yourself. That will give you another post toward the 5 you need. Each week on Friday one name will be drawn from the list of new members in this thread who have reached 5 or more posts. So check back each week to see if you are the lucky winner. The sooner you post the better your chances are of winning!

But Wait, there is a bonus! If you joined this month and you don't win a prize you will get a second month's worth of chances to win. Your name will stay on the new members list until the end of next month and automatically go into next month's contest.

If you signed up after the last drawing of the month don't worry. You will still be entered in the next two month's drawings.

Some Important Information You Need To Know

If you win a contest drawing you will receive a PM with instructions to follow so that we can get your prize out to you. You will have a maximum of 30 days to respond to this PM. If we do not hear from you within the 30 day grace period your prize is forfeited.

Even though the prizes are drawn weekly they will not be mailed out until after the first week of the following month. The winner's screen-name will be posted each weekend in this thread and again in next month's contest, along with those names that get a second chance.

You must provide us with a correct, and current mailing address. That is the only address we will ship to. Ultimate Bass is not responsible for packages returned to us for an incorrect address. We will not reship an item if you have not provided us with a correct, current address.

If you are planning on moving please let us know which address to ship the item to. That is the only address we will ship to. If the item is returned to us for an incorrect address we will not reship the item.

New Members who are also Charter Members, or who become Charter Members while still qualifying for the New Members Contest will now get TWO entries into each drawing instead of just one. That could give you up to 18 chances to win!!!

Yep, it's still on. Lip is dealing with some family business so I'll repost the list of names, get all the new qualifiers on there and then if Lip is not back I will pull two names - one for last week and one for this week.

I will do the double drawing either Thursday or early Friday since I will be out from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening.

Records show that you actually joined on April 26, 2020. Since you made a post in the June contest thread that only qualified you for June and July. Sorry about that, but if we make an exception for one then we have to do it for all and it becomes a huge nightmare. Hope you understand.

No you are all set and your name is on the drawings list. My comment above was to a different member.

If you look at the top of the blue box that quotes the text in the above post you can see the member name who's post I'm quoting there.

Okay, since I am leaving for Vermont for the weekend tomorrow I'm doing the drawing now.......

And since there was no drawing held last week I'm gonna do two drawings this week........

And since we only have two names on the list that makes this an easy peasy situation..........

Oh wow. Thank you so much. That's so awesome. Haha just built my bait options. Been using nothing but the Neko Rig but it's been doing fairly well. Cant wait to get these. Thank you again.
