Fried Cold Slaw Egg Paddy Dish

Greetings,

Here's something that is a little different you might try.  It's called Fried Coleslaw Egg Paddy Dish.

You need the following items to make this tasty dish.

2 cups of Angel Hair Cabbage
1 beaten egg
Mix together in a bowl well
Add salt and pepper to your tasting
Spray your skillet / cooking pan with vegetable spray or cooking spray

Cook over Medium Heat browning on one side and then flip it over to the other side till its brown. 

This recipe makes (4) servings.
